Customer Login

The Customer Login section was designed with you the customer in mind. In this section you will be able to request repairs, report leaks, view all warranty documents and review maintenance documents. Listed below you will find an outline on exactly how each section will work.

First you must register as a new customer. If you are a customer with multiple facilities first setup the corporate location. Once this corporate location has been establish you may add additional locations under that username and password.

If you need to report a leak please follow these steps:

Step 1 : Login using your username and password.

Step 2 : Select the Request New Service tab.

Step 3 : Answer the few brief questions listed on the page. Be sure to select one of the roof leak options under the reason for service section. All questions must be answered to proceed. Once they have been answered please select the continue button .

Step 4 : Give a description of the problem or issue that needs addressed. (i.e, location in the facility, contact person, times to meet key personnel, etc.) Once this has been completed please select the continue button .

Step 5 : You will then be able to review the information prior to sending it to us. Once this has been completed please select the confirm button . Upon selecting the confirm button you will receive an email listing your information and a work order number.

Step 6 : Once the repairs are completed you will receive an email notification with a description of the repairs made.

Step 7 : You can then login using your username and password.

Step 8 : Select the magnifying glass to review all repair requests. All repair requests will include a copy of the completed work order, before & after photos and a copy of the invoice associated with that repair.

If you need to request curb or pipe flashings repairs please follow these steps:

Step 1 : Login using your username and password.

Step 2 : Select the Request New Service tab.

Step 3 : Answer the few brief questions listed on the page. Be sure to select one of the "Need Roof Curb" options under the reason for service section. All questions must be answered to proceed. Once they have been answered please select the continue button .

Step 4 : All questions outlining more specifics must be answered to proceed. Give a description of the problem or issue that needs addressed. (i.e, location in the facility, contact person, times to meet key personnel, etc.) Once this has been completed please select the continue button .

Step 5 : You will then be able to review the information prior to sending it to us. Once this has been completed please select the confirm button . Upon selecting the confirm button you will receive an email listing your information and a work order number.

Step 6 : Once the repairs are completed you will receive an email notification with a description of the repairs made.

Step 7 : You can then login using your username and password.

Step 8 : Select the magnifying glass to review all repair requests. All repair requests will include a copy of the completed work order, before & after photos and a copy of the invoice associated with that repair.

If you need to review Maintenance Reports please follow these steps:

Step 1 : Login using your username and password.

Step 2 : Select the capital "M" for the facility you would like to review.

Step 3 : Double click on the document you would like to review. All maintenance reports should include a copy of the completed inspection report, before & after photos and a copy of the invoice associated with that inspection.

If you need to review Warranty Documents please follow these steps:

Step 1 : Login using your username and password.

Step 2 : Select the capital "W" for the facility you would like to review.

Step 3 : Double click on the document you would like to review. All warranty documents for the facility will be posted under this section.
